I'm going to be 20 this year and as much as i don't want to admit it, i have changed a lot. My perspective of life, the things i expect from people, the shit i began to accept-- it has manifested into this huge blob of... me.

I've became more reserved and find myself bottling emotions. I could have sworn if i have a dress for every shit that i've been bottling, i would have a walk in wardrobe bigger than paris hilton's by now.

If you've known me well enough, i'm never that person- never the one to keep shit to herself. I have no patience and empathy for anyone who pisses me off. Why should i carry the burden which you brought to life? Fuck you.

Inevitably, that has all changed now. You experience life, you grow up, you mature.

Now, all i ever do is take what people has done/say to account and keep it in that wardrobe. Not because i'm more mindful of how others feel but because i feel like i'm too old to be doing stuff like that anymore.

You can say i'm much more of a boring person now. All i do is study and earn my honest keep. Nevertheless, i'm proud that i can say; i'm financially independent. Not a lot of 20 years old of my generation can say that.

Most of my friends still asks money from their parents. How they do it unabashed, i have yet to figure. That's their prerogative anyway.

On a completely unrelated note, i've quit smoking for good. Even though the urge kicks me hard in the face sometimes, i've yet to relapse. (LOL)

Oh, forgot to mention. I'm flying to Bangkok for vacation as soon as the exams are over. The first overseas trip I've ever paid for personally. So excited!

Hello guys!

I'm procrastinating for a paper tomorrow so here i am! Blogging in an unlocked blog. It's my last paper and not to mention the one i'm dreading the most. -.- Oh well, a student gotta go through what they gotta go through.

I just wanted to share with you guys the things i've been doing. I know no one cares, but really. I'm freaking bored and i don't want to study now. Hehehe.

Ever since i started working, i can't seem to curb the habit of spending. When i go out, i shop. When i stay home i shop. When i'm asleep, i shop (in my dreams). It's getting way out of hand.

Apparently now my body is disgusting because I've been losing weight rapidly. I don't know what's up with society these days. One minute my weight gain is a problem and now that i'm at my lightest weight, I am disgusting? 43kg for a 155 cm girl is not that much of a big deal. I dont have an eating disorder. It's fasting month people. -.-

And I don't look anorexic at all. I'm not even thin. I think I look normal and acceptable. The only difference is right now I don't have a butt and my breasts has shrunk like mad. LOL. I still have a fat face so yeah. I'm alright. Once fasting month is over, I'll probably gain a few kg from hari raya food and Penang food. Food galore ftw!

Today, something funny happened.

I fell asleep at 8.30am just now. When i woke up at 12pm, the first thing that came out of my mouth was, "fuck it". T______T

I don't think i can make it through this paper. The whole night when i was trying to study, i was constantly distracted and when i tried to read bits and pieces of information, my brain started to shut down on me. My eyes were heavy and i've never wanted to see my bed so bad before.

I've also not been sleeping and eating right and i feel so guilty for abusing my body like this. Today's the last day of exams and i will never ever skip class anymore. It's so excruciating having to go through the books and notes without having any basic knowledge of the subject just cause i've been skipping classes like nobody's business.

Okay, let's put that aside. As you can see from the pic above, (took me damn long to talk about the picture. haha) i'm wearing make up. I just took that picture few minutes ago. Told you i gave up on the paper! HAHA! But anyway, my point is i'm wearing make up and that means i'm going out after the last paper.

Problem is, i don't know if i should go out by myself and sightsee singapore (insert forever alone meme) or go out with people. :/ Shall see my mood later. Hehe.

You know how it is when you're so disappointed in someone and you wonder why cause you've never expected anything from them? Life's so unpredictable and funny sometimes.

I've been feeling really unappreciated lately. I know i may come across as a crazy vulgar maniac to people who aren't close to me. But really, if you're close enough to me, you will realize how much i care for the people around me. I'm not trying to make myself sound so benevolent or magnanimous here but really, I sincerely and honestly care for the ones that matters to me. Not because i'm afraid people will judge or afraid of losing my social circle - it's because they really do matter to me.

I don't expect anything in return. Just a simple respectful friendship will do, honest. But some people really take that aspect of me for granted. I'm sick and tired of people kicking a big fuss over nothing. I'm 19 I should be allowed to go wherever I want, spend on whatever I want.

I'm only a human. I'm not perfect. Why can't I go out once in a while and enjoy myself? And so what if I did fail a subject or 2? So.fucking.what? So what if I smoked or have a tattoo or pierce my tongue or shit like that?

You're gonna stop talking to me and act like you didn't have me in the first place? Seriously? Maybe what they say were right. Whatever good shit you've done, no matter how many trophies you've earned, how many A's, how many 1st place you've gotten in your record book, how many fucking years you've spent cooped up in your room doing nothing but study, once you've done a single bad thing, everything is void.

(I’m speaking on the phone with my husband when a customer approaches me to check out. I don’t like to talk on the phone while with a customer, so I just hang up. My husband understands when this happens. He usually just waits for me to call back.)

Customer: “I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to interrupt your call!”

Me: “It’s fine. It was just my husband. I’ll call him back.”

Customer: *gasps* “No! You never hang up on your husband! Oh my gosh! I can’t believe you did that!” *turning to other customers in line* “She hung up on her husband! I can’t believe that!”

Me: “No, really, it’s okay. I’ve done it before. He understands when a customer comes to my register.”

Customer: *shouting* “You’ve done it before! Call him back right now and apologize!”

Me: “I’ll just call him after.”

Customer: “Now!”

(She waits for me to literally dial his number and say ‘I’m sorry for hanging up on you’. She wouldn’t let me finish until I told him I loved him and hung up.)

Customer: “See? That’s how you speak to him on the phone.”

(I finish up with her and she leaves smiling. When I finally call my husband back for real, he can not stop laughing at me.)

Today, I was trying to study when I remembered a MLIA about how reading out loud in a British accent helped someone study better. I tried it even though I am not very good at accents. I thought I was doing alright until my roommate came in to compliment me on my Indian accent. MLIA

I was reading the forum at stomp and found this particular one quite interesting. It's about this guy who really love this girl who (in my opinion) is just a bitch that takes him for granted. She told him that she still 'love' him and have also fallen in love with another guy whom she had just met 2 weeks ago. She then proceeded to make stupid dumb promises to the guy telling him that she still wants to be together and that she will only have sex with him and not the new guy.
